Haiku Mental Health provides psychiatric mental health services from a whole-person nursing framework. At Haiku Mental Health, I provide comprehensive support, including integrative medicine, for individuals facing a variety of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, ADHD, and more. With that, population groups I have experience serving include, but not limited to: First Responders (EMS, Fire, Police, Nurse, Physicians), LGBTQIA+, Kink, Polyamorous, and all age groups.
Geographically located in northern Colorado, I am able to see clients in-person or virtually.
The goal of Haiku Mental Health is to partner with the individual to seek sustainable changes in their life and relationships by supporting the person desire to be their most authentic self.

My approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, ensuring that each client feels heard and understood. By employing evidence-based therapeutic and medication techniques tailored to individual needs, I aim to empower clients on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I believe that everyone deserves access to compassionate care, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to address challenges and foster resilience.
I believe medication management, therapy, and whole-body wellness are blocks within your tower of self. My goal is to support you in what you need on your journey, whether that is only medication management or work in other domains, I am here to support you. Mental illness and wellness are on a continuum effecting not only the mind and body but impacts relationships to other people and the world.
